Return Policy
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Damage/Defective Claims
   
Return Policy
Inspect and check your items as soon as possible.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving damaged/defective merchandise.
No returns or exchanges after 10 days from delivery date.
 
We want you to love what you've ordered from us! We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to accept unopened, non-dated, and non-personalized items up to 10 days after you receive your order. Please submit all return requests to our returns department. For detailed return instructions please see How to Return an Item.
We have a no return policy for personalized merchandise.

You will receive a refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Personalized Items: Items that are personalized are not returnable. Replacements will be made if the item is defective. You must report a defective item within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error in the personalization that is the fault of The Dancing Daisy, we will replace the item at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the item. If the personalization on the items matches the personalization we received on your order, we can not accept the items for replacement.
 
Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive an item from The Dancing Daisy that is manufacturer defective, or is damaged during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product at no charge. You must report a damaged, defective or missing item within 7 days of receipt of your order.
 
Non-Returnable/Refundable/Exchangeable: We regret that food products, undergarments, and personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable cameras and gift certificates are not returnable. All items marked as discontinued and/or items specifically marked in our sale special category.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
Please follow the following steps if you would like to exchange or return an item.
 
1. Returned Items
a. Contact our returns department within 10 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them.
b. All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
c. All returns must be in its original packaging (in new and unused condition), along with the packing slip included with your order. All returns must be shipped via an insured method.
d. We must receive the returned item(s) within 10 business days of issuing the RMA number.
 
2. Exchange Items
a. New shipping charges will apply for exchange orders.
 
3. Non-Returnable Items
a. All personalized / customized items are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
b. All edible, disposable, flammable and expirable items are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
c. All items that are marked discontinued and/or items in our sale specials category.

4. Shipping Charges
a. Orders that have received free shipping due to a Free Shipping promotion or other discounts may have shipping assessed on the original order if the return causes the total sales amount to fall below the promotional amount.
b. All Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. Any packages sent to The Dancing Daisy without first securing a RMA number, or more than 10 days after the RMA number was issued, will not be accepted. Unacceptable items will be returned at the sender's expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
