We want you to love what you've ordered from us! If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the unopened, and non-personalized items up to 30 days after you receive your order. Please submit all return requests by email to returns@thedancingdaisy.com. For detailed return instructions please see How to Return an Item. We have a no return policy for personalized merchandise.
 
You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
 
Items that are personalized are not returnable. Replacements will be made if:
  • The item is defective. You must report a defective item within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
  • There is an error in the personalization that is the fault of The Dancing Daisy. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on the item. If the personalization on the items matches the personalization we received on your order, we can not accept the items for replacement.
If you receive an item from The Dancing Daisy that is manufacturer defective, or is damaged during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product at no charge. You must report a damaged or defective item within 10 days of receipt of your order.
 
We regret that food products, undergarments, and personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable cameras and gift certificates are not returnable.

 
If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply follow the instructions below:
 
1. Contact our customer service center within 30 days of receiving your order at returns@thedancingdaisy.com. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
 
2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip included with your order. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We must receive the returned item(s) within 10 business days of issuing the RMA number.
 
3. Make sure you include your RMA number in the following address, and mail the item back to us:

Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. Any packages sent to The Dancing Daisy without first securing a RMA number, or more than 10 days after the RMA number was issued, will not be accepted. Unacceptable items will be returned at the sender's expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

 
Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States. Your order will be shipping through UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion. A shipping chart is located below. We reserve the right to update and/or change our shipping charges at any time. Expedited delivery options are available for an additional cost. We can not ship to PO Boxes.
 
Alaska and Hawaii - Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur an additional $20 fee.
 
Canada - Orders shipped to Canada will incur an additional $20 fee to our regular standard shipping rates. We are not responsible for any customs, or duty charges that may be assessed to Canada orders.
 
International - We currently do not ship International, with the exception of Canada.

Next Day Air- 1 business day (not including order processing time). Actual Next Day Air costs are determined by the weight of the order and the destination.
 
Canada Shipping - $28.95 & Up
Delivery date definite on destination. Shipping charges are determined by the value of your order. To calculate add $20 to our regular standard shipping rates.
 
Note: During the summer months please choose expedited shipping for candles. We are not responsible for melted candles due to slower shipping methods.
