Currently the only method of placing an order with The Dancing Daisy is via our website. This method is safe and easy. We currently do not offer a catalog. If you have questions, feel free to contact us via email or our live online support. We'll be happy to assist you.
Most orders ship within 4 business days. Favors ship within 3-5 business days. Personalized items ship within 7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please refer to product descriptions for an estimated processing time on personalized items. Please note that these are estimates only.
Orders shipped to Canada ship within 10 business days. Personalized orders ship to Canada within 14 business days. We apologize for the added processing time for these orders, however at this time they require extra steps during the processng phase that ultimately delays the ship date.
Please note some of our products are shipped directly from our supplier in an effort to save our customers time and money. You may receive your order in multiple shipments.
All orders with ship to addresses within the state of Wisconsin will be charged their local sales tax rate. Shipments addressed outside of the state of Wisconsin will be tax-exempt.
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept payments via PayPal. Payments made via PayPal e-check will not enter processing until the e-check has cleared. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or CODs.
We try our best to keep full stock on all of our items, however sometimes we will experience out of stock or backordered items. If something you order is out of stock a customer service representative will call or email you. If you are unable to be reached by phone or email, a postcard will be sent to your billing address. Upon contact from our customer service pepresentative you will have the choice to hold your entire order until the backordered merchandise arrives, ship the items separately, or cancel the backordered items.
If you order an item that is listed as being on backorder on the product details page, this order will ship when the backordered product becomes available. If the backordered product does not become available by the designated date on the product details page, you will be contacted via phone or email.
Promotional Codes, Gift Cards, and Special Offers are redeemed on the shopping cart page (my cart) where it reads "Apply Coupon", by entering your promotional code. Your total on the following page will reflect your promotional code or special offer.
Gift Cards are currently available for delivery via email or postal mail, and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are only valid for the amount in which they are purchased for, and can not be returned or refunded.
Codes should be entered into the "Apply Coupon" code space on the shopping cart page (my cart). Our gift card system will keep track of any remaining value on your gift card and can be used on your next purchase by entering in the gift card code. No cash back. Gift Cards can not be used to purchase gift cards.
